For more than twenty years, organizations have trusted me to strengthen them at moments when the business had outgrown its processes, critical programs were at risk, or technology needed to become a more accountable partner to growth. Across healthcare, manufacturing, finance, revenue operations, and enterprise software, I have modernized operations, recovered complex initiatives, built scalable architecture, strengthened governance, and developed teams that could sustain the change.

One coherent career
My career is not a collection of unrelated technology roles. Each chapter follows the same arc: an organization trusted me with complex transformation; I learned how the business operated; I translated business requirements into architecture and execution; I modernized systems and processes, recovered at-risk initiatives, and strengthened governance—while staying technically engaged and teaching the people around me. When commercial products were insufficient, I built custom solutions. Every time, I left stronger operating capability behind.
Technology leadership is measured by the strength of the organization after the transformation is complete.
- Teladoc Health — Head of Corporate Applications: led nearly 20 professionals supporting 1,000+ enterprise users; architected quote-to-cash connecting Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and RevPro; governed SOX-compliant IT General Controls.
- Apervita — led delivery across five concurrent teams building cloud-native healthcare software for 3,500+ healthcare organizations.
- Sunham Home Fashions — recovered an out-of-scope, over-budget ERP migration and delivered it in approximately 10 months.
- Wilmington Paper — built the digital operating foundation supporting growth from ~20 employees at one location to ~500 across 12 locations.
- HaloBridge Technologies — Founder & Chief Architect: enterprise AI, governance-first architecture, and executive advisory.

Today
As Founder & Chief Architect of HaloBridge Technologies, I apply that experience to enterprise AI, governance-first architecture, modernization, and executive advisory work. I live in New Jersey, where I value family, community, teaching, and building.

“Outside work, the title that matters most to me is Dad.”
Some of my best time is spent supporting my kids, watching youth sports from the sidelines, taking photographs, traveling together, and preserving the moments that eventually become family history.
I am also a lifelong builder. At home, that might mean working with a Raspberry Pi, experimenting with electronics or home automation, designing something for a 3D printer, or exploring a new AI idea simply because I want to understand how it works. Some of my favorite personal projects are the ones that combine technology with family—helping capture, organize, and preserve meaningful memories.
I also enjoy sports-card collecting, not only for the cards themselves, but for the nostalgia, history, and stories connected to them.
These interests are not separate from the way I lead. They reinforce the principles I value most: being present, staying curious, teaching what I know, building with purpose, and helping the people around me become more capable.
