Digital Operating Foundation
Built the technology foundation supporting Wilmington Paper's growth from roughly 20 employees at one location to about 500 across 12 locations, serving ~150 producers and more than one million tons annually.
ERP Program Recovery
Took over an ERP migration that was out of scope, over budget, and at risk; restored governance and executive confidence; delivered in approximately 10 months.
