Forge is an AI-native engineering and orchestration environment designed to coordinate software development, QA, UAT, deployment, evidence capture, operational memory, and multi-agent execution—augmenting and coordinating engineering work while preserving human oversight, governance, evidence, and release accountability.

Why Forge exists

AI coding tools produce output fast; enterprises need output they can trust. The gap is not generation—it is governance: who approved the change, what tests proved it, what evidence supports the release, and what happens when an agent is wrong. Forge was built to answer those questions structurally rather than procedurally.

What Forge demonstrates

Forge is a working expression of the same discipline I apply in enterprise engagements: governance designed into the architecture, not bolted on; automation with human accountability; and evidence as a first-class output. It informs the broader enterprise AI governance architecture.

Current maturity

Status: Active Development — in daily internal use across the HaloBridge platform portfolio. Not offered as a commercial product; no customer deployments are claimed.
