Healthcare Platform Delivery
Business context
Apervita built cloud-native healthcare software supporting more than 3,500 healthcare organizations—spanning healthcare interoperability, digital quality measurement, clinical intelligence, secure data collaboration, value-based care, and quality reporting.
Challenge
Five concurrent product and engineering teams shared dependencies, release timelines, and delivery risk. Product, engineering, architecture, and business priorities needed constant alignment; executive reporting needed to reflect true delivery state.
My role
I led enterprise Agile and software delivery across the five teams—coordinating cross-team execution, release planning, dependency management, executive reporting, and delivery risk, while operating well beyond ceremony facilitation.
Transformation and leadership
- Aligned product, engineering, architecture, and business priorities across release planning, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Removed organizational barriers, improving delivery predictability and Agile maturity.
- Coached teams and emerging leaders; applied SAFe practices pragmatically.
- Supported interoperability, digital quality measurement, clinical intelligence, secure data collaboration, value-based care, and quality reporting capabilities.
Measurable outcomes
- Delivery predictability and Agile maturity measurably improved across five concurrent teams.
- Cloud-native platform capabilities supported 3,500+ healthcare organizations.
Lessons applied today
Healthcare delivery demands both regulatory awareness and delivery discipline. That combination now informs the healthcare and revenue-cycle focus of the HaloBridge platform portfolio and my healthcare technology advisory work.
